β β β β β Rooms is not good as expected. Shampoo using some steal lock to locked it is seems cheap. Toilet door can't open and requested help, after 3 calls and 30minutes+ only came in.
Even staying as customer, per entry for car parking is flat rate RM3. Which could be more if you did go in and out from hotel multiple times.
Check in and checkout is quite slow.

β β β β β Really good and worth it for the price. Location very convenient as it's next to Sunway velocity mall. Any problems the manager will solve.
Only bad is sometimes when you request for items, the items don't arrive so have to ask again.

β β β β β Stayed for 1 night and everything was great. The room was so nice and clean and I like the shampoo and shower gel provided. It was very soothing and smells really nice. I also like the starbuck coffee machine at the lobby and the snack sold there was very affordable. You can go to the mall through the back door for late night movies or karaoke.

Sadly, the shower gel and shampoo were not refilled. No bottles of water provided (thought every hotel will provide this? No?). The sink was kinda blocked.
Too lazy and tired to make a call to complaint. At least the bed was comfy and other necessities are in good conditions.
I just hope the next room occupants will not experienced this. Thank you~
Anyway, to find the hotel lobby was quite challenging that i toured the mall for several times before finding it. Fuhh.

β β β β β Nice and cozy hotel. I love the interior design and color combination. I got the room in higher level and the view was so worth it. ? The swimming pool is on the rooftop and the view is amazing. I can easily access to the mall as well. But it quiet difficult to find the entrance at basement parking area.

β β β β β I am happy with my 2D1N stay here. We got room with same level with swimming pool. Room is clean and comfortable. Toiletries also sufficient. Easy access to the mall below with a LOT of restaurants to dine in. No issue on parking. Just read and ask. Staff also friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices not so much, but the food taste is ok.
