★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They cancelled at 2pm on the day we were supposed to arrive. We were already at the airport about to board the plane. They just gave our booking to someone else on the day, even though we booked 2 weeks in advance. They then told us there were no hotels available on the whole island of Langkawi so we would have to sleep on the street! Don't risk booking here!
