★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located middle of kluang city but the hotel location quite confusing since it is connected with mall, no stairs, large room but the floor quite sticky, poor tv channel, wifi superb

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very clean hotel with spacy room..the receptionist also very good with smile..d hotel is upstairs but u cannot park downstairs because u will b summoned by the BPT so u need to park inside the kluang parade with only rm1per entry..so if 2days1night only rm2..cheap rite..also has a bridge to connect the mall with the lobby..very nice place to have a rest after a lot of walking around..air-conditioning n bathroom inside..got tv with adequate Chanel..kiblat for Muslim..hijrah chanel..hd Chanel n few more...very recommended..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is beside a shopping complex with a department store, supermarket, F&B shops, clothing shops and plenty of handphone shops. Nearby is the bigger Kluang Mall and Kluang Bus Terminal across the river. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Corridors are noisy. Good working staff at the reception desk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Refering to the picture below. Not all of this item is available in the room bath matt, electric kettle, hairdryer and iron. Need to request in the counter with a deposit again??? Iron only provided sharing with other quest and it's really dirty. The room we are staying got water leaking at the ceiling. Worn out paint. For anyone staying here please do ask the person incharge at the reception they might charge you for missing item's where it is not provided in the first place refering to the picture below.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room need a fresh paint as at some parts it started to peeled off.. The bathroom is clean and new but the towel is very old and already thin.. Staff is friendly and helpful.. Overall it's not bad for the price and location wise..
