★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service ever..Hotel EST Level not even 1 star. This staff very rude with customer. Behave of the manager and the hotel people are too bad, they treat with the parties like dogs, service are too bad, poor quality service and room quality . If you are planning to stay here, dont bother. I am just hopeless to say anything about this hotel. Manager in this picture is a stupid woman shout like crazy to client. Rooms are nasty, stinky, and blanket are not clear. I was there with my family and we were totally disappointed about the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel goes down as my worst booking ever! I booked several weeks ahead and got confirmation. I showed up late at night to find the doors locked, lights out, and the building completely deserted!
Great! I’m in an unfamiliar foreign city late at night, the taxi driver has left, I’ve got a dead cell phone, and I’ve got oversized luggage, and no hotel to check into!
What’s worse, the hotel has not even had the common decency to return my emails, or offer any explanation whatsoever.
Absolutely a new low in hospitality, and for all I know, they are not even in business anymore and just booking reservation from unsuspecting travelers. In other words, A SCAM!
I’ve filed a complaint with Agoda, and am filing a fraud complaint with my credit card provider.
Save yourself a hassle and DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS SLEAZY HOTEL.
