★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid 150+ for a night stay including breakfast, 2 adults. A steal. Room is spacey, clean. Breakfast buffet is soooo good. Might repeat again. Parking quite confusing for the first time, then ok je. Receptionist is very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thought 4 star hotel with rating 4.1 reviews should be not bad. Unfortunately, the hotel even worse than 3star hotel, i book with a large bed but come with twin bed, the reason given because of no more double bed. The room was dirty and the bedsheets smelly with obvious stained. Bathroom old and not maintain, corridor full of smoking smell, very noisy of people talking at the midnight. Car park area very dark and unsafe, just like a ghost place. I think management didn’t maintain the hotel, so it’s become super terrible. Think twice before you book.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, real helpful staff, nice lobby, good breakfast experience, and decent amenities. However, my room was not soundproof, and so the noise of the traffic during the night significantly affected my sleep. There were also no premium television channels.

Then the atmosphere of using the meal around the place is feeling so peaceful and liking go for high class restaurant even more. Thus, l'm very much satisfy about the staff's service and the facility around whole hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms looks OK with quite an impressive layout and furnitures for a 10-year old hotel. For a deluxe room though, it's quite small. This hotel is almost deserted. We were the only guest at the restaurant during lunch. But I must say, the foods is quite good and reasonably priced. The crews are friendly. Probably due to location and room rate which is quite on the higher side even during the pandemic low price offer from better located hotels in KL
