T	Tim Govender on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Door to room was jammed when I tried to get in. Took me around 30min to get it open as no one was around at midnight to help. Shower head fell off twice when the shower tap was opened. Had to shower over the toilet!?##. The bed was like sleeping on the rocks. Only 1 channel on the television was clear. I'm was.not satisfied with this place at all! Never going back!
z	zackia ashzaly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommended for u who have plan to visit Melaka. The back side of hotel is Melaka River but my room have no view of the river. Located in central Melaka: very near to Red Square, Jonker Night Market etc. The staff was so friendly and u can deposit ur luggage in lobby. The door closed at 12pm, but dont worry they give u 2 keys: 1 for room and for the hotel door. They also provide refill mineral water and wifi. They have wooden floor upstairs, but it’s okay as long as the bedroom and bathroom are clean. Arround here u can find some groceries store.

They told me the internet connection is down from few days ago. Rooms are very small like 250-300 sft. As a place this is good. And there is no water bottle inside the room.

The Staff forgot to return the deposit fee of RM50 when we left. Location just fine. Near to the main attractions of the city

Little and ugly TV broadcasts. want to check out in the morning there is no officer waiting. the officer is friendly.
S	Soohyun Park on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building looked old (which is like Melaka =p), but the restroom and commodities were taken care enough that I didn't feel any discomfort. It will be great if you want to stay for a short period and ready to party with a next-door bar, not bothered by some noises. Location is also great that we didn't find any trouble after reaching Melaka at 3 am and staffs were so kind and caring.
R	Rita Montgomery on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room that I signed up for was not the room that I was given. It showed on the website as a bright airy room with windows and bright and clean. What we got was tiny stuffy, smelly with no windows, pealing wallpaper barely stuck to the wall. It was dingy and ugly. When I pointed out the disparity from my booking pictures they said that it was an error on the part of booking.com. In the meantime an email from booking.com advised that they went with the pictures provided. They have a no refund policy and since we arrived late we stayed one night but left the following morning. We lost one night that we paid for but we didn’t want to stay another night in this unpleasant room. They refused to acknowledge any responsibility for this false advertising. In addition to the room being completely unlike what was advertised, the lobby was junky, not as pictured and the hall was dingy with an old mattress and junk lying around. We slept poorly that night because of loud rock music booming next door. They can’t be responsible for that of course but overall a very big disappointment. We moved to a place 2 doors away and got a large riverfront room for less cost. Buyer beware, do not book online with them. There are far nicer options in the same neighbourhood.
J	Jenn Ding on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't have any parking for guest,so remind all the travelers if your are travel by car,this is not suitable for you,and find a public parking also need to consider cos my car have been crack by other and without any compensation. Environment is not suitable for older & child,the music was loud until midnight. The last,the room is clean and service quite good.
