★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 25th April 2019 3pm, I have make the reservation. Upon arrival at 6pm, when I called the hotel...they only inform “I need you to cancel the request as there is no water supply”. This shows how irresponsible is the hotel provider, never have the initiative to inform us on the issue above. So disappointed. Worse still, money got transacted and not get any refund.
