. The room is very new and comfortable. But because this is new hotel so i had bear noise from drilling sound. . When i cek in, the kettle and hair dryer not in the room..It was mention in the room but the staff told me that i can get it on request..so I had get out my room at level 20 and drive down to level 1 just to get the kettle and hair dryer.. Really annoyed. The temporary reception counter is very far away and you gaiss need to drive away from parking lot.. Then you need u-turn and drive back to reception counter which is at level 1... So i guess this really upset me.

I do not recommend.. Swimming pool, even this that local used to swim here I'm T-shirts . Dirty facility at all, corridors like I'm a prison, lifts - only one operating, some knobs missing, just the hole, the do looks clean but in the corners nobody cleaned for ages, the brand new facility and sink in the bathroom blocked so water how's everywhere out. Also be careful, the do not accept payment by card even without warning during booking, they are not able to give a good advice where to find change or atm, they really didn't know the place and they just make you to walk hours around. Not helpful personal at all. Only for local by peoplen

We stayed here for 3 nights. The room was very new and stylish with a nice view of the sea, however there were a few problems. Some of these problems are due to the building still being under construction. Our first problem was finding the place. The location provided on the website I booked it on was wrong. It was about a 15 minute walk from that location. Finding the entrance was another issue, it's around the back side of the building down a closed road. Secondly, the booking website stated check in was open until 00:00. We arrived about 23:15, and were lucky enough to catch the staff as they were leaving out the door to go home. I don't know what we would've done if we were a minute later... The next problem was the smell. I assume it's because the building is new, but there was a very strong sickly smell throughout the corridors and inside our room. I'm not sure what it was, but I can only describe is as a chemical smell similar to paint. We turned on the fan and aircon to try and get rid of the smell but it didn't help much. The next morning we realised the windows could be opened, and that helped remove most of the smell in the room (or maybe we became used to it). Some other notable issues: • The bathtub was leaking, so it was not possible to take a bath without leaving the taps running, or all the water would drain away. • One of the towels had stains • The bedsheets had several stains • No kettle in the kitchen, had to boil water in a frying pan which after using I noticed had a little bit of rust. • No detergent for washing machine. • Only provided 1 small toilet paper roll and when we asked for another one were told as it was after 6pm we had to wait until the next day. • No bottled water was provided. • TV did not have many channels and the signal was very weak making it pretty much unwatchable. Overall, I'd say it would be a very nice place when all work has been completed and issues have been sorted. The staff and security were actually very friendly people. However I wouldn't come back in a hurry.

Price on agoda platform was RM159/night, however upon booking received bank sms of RM230/night being charged. There is no info before payment for booking to customer about 1. surcharge RM58 is for what purpose? 2. service charge 10% is for what purpose 3. another service charge 10% is for what purpose 4. understandable SST 6%, however appreciate if there is info that it will not absorb by the hotel before payment. Upon all this experienced, as a customer felt cheated as there was quite some hidden charges only get to know when received the receipt or bank sms.

OYO Home 935 Breathtaking Studio Imperio Residence! remember this name as this is the best apartment in melaka for me..Price are excellent, I have stayed with my husband for a 2Days1Night and honestly I am so happy we found this place.Surely can make you feel like your home. nThe room was lovely, super clean with most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! and OMG love they pillows!!! bathroom with BATHTUB and very clean.nReception was very helpful.. Overall I had best stay ever in Melaka!!! and definitely will be back there and will recommended this apartment to my family and friends.. . The facilities are good. They provide the washing machine so i can wash my clothes. And the toilet has both shower and bath tub. . The room is not clean. The floor is dusty and there's some rubbish on the floor and dead cockroach below the sofa. I have allergic skin to unclean things. So i have allergic reaction on the bed sheet. I was charged for stains in the bed sheet. I was fine with it. But if they charged that amount of money, make sure the room is totally clean. The staff is fine. But the room is not clean. I cannot sleep those 2 nights because of rashes on my body.

. the room is spacious and very nice to stay.. it is just the parking lot is a bit scary for the 1st timer like me. the building is still yet not working as a whole. the building only for the stay. ill come with my family next time, as they have a huge swimming pool for adults and kids. should be interesting.. a parking lot ! should add more lights. please provide a room slipper. as it is slippery

Not recommended if you can afford 170 n above per night. It's cheap and therefore very poor maintenance, is like a dissertation site. The unit we stayed L20 room 25. First of all it was dirty-oily floor. Molded on the side of the wall everywhere. Broken bed. Pillows that as flat as a 2 inches wood panel.
