★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rcvd a call from tania ,who left a msg with my HR at my office .How did they get my office number ?Next i returned call n spoke to satchin who was actually a litl rude n wen i said i dont even have a credit cardcard n to stop calling me ,he said no we will keep on calling! What is happening to the bosses there, dont they listen to the call recording n see how bad is their staff's behavior? Looks like ah longs ,rude n very unpleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More like a thug than a debt collection agency. Very unprofessional. When asked for more details, the Malay person named in the red letter adressed to my mother as the officer in charge began to threaten me saying something about CCRIS record for a case back in 1999 involving my mother. Asking me to check her pay slip back in 1996 for verification but refused to share more details about the supposed debt owed. They are probably targetting pensioners with threatening red letters even for cases of more than 20 years ago that has been written off hoping that people get scared and pay them the supposed debt owed. This kind of people and Company need to be exposed and dealt with by the authorities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kept calling my number looking for someone who isn't me. They're looking for an Indian, I am Malay. Told them already they've got the wrong number but they still called me a few more times.
If you also get harassed in the same way as I did, just report them to Bank Negara and SSM. One time or two time mistake, nevermind. But if you keep harassing the wrong people you are a nuisance.
