★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst customer service experience ever. They promised if i call them several hours earlier prior to departure, i can change the date. Sadly none of my calls were answered, so i went to the ticket counter instead (an hour before) and only to found myself wasting my time with their ridiculous excuses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to get itchiness all over your body, please consider taking this bus. The bus I took from Larkin to Penang 31/3/2018 was infested with scabies miteS. Besides that, the bus has other tiny passengers too, they are insects such as baby cockroaches, enormous mites and some other unidentified creatures if you take the time to search for them (use torch and you will see them). Totally dirty and unhygienic. Worst 9-hour journey with itchy body.
