★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite suprise with the room. Big and easily can fit family of 4. Pools are big. All rooms have balcony, which is nice. Location is perfect. Close to Teluk Kemang where all the good restaurants are.
I can easily recommend the hotel. Not sure about the breakfast tho as it was not included in the room rate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious room & bathroom, big swimming pool for kids & adults, direct beach from the resort. The only problem with the resort is it only has 2 small elevators & you have to patiently wait for the elevator at peak time. Overall, it is a good place for family with kids ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A new hotel with two large pools, beautiful beach and clean environment. Free breakfast is not provided with the room rate which is quite expensive. However, food can be easily bought by just crossing the road. Nice experience for a small family...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was exquisite. I had it booked last minute so I was expecting the room to look bad but it turned out great! The room was spotless. Breakfast food was mediocre, it wasn't great but can be eaten. Received free breakfast vouchers because our chiller wasn't working that it had to be changed.
The front desk however could be a little friendlier and be slightly professional when it comes to dealing with customers. Concierge service was bad, bellman saw my husband and I was struggling with our bags but walked away to help someone else instead.
Overall an okay experience. A lot of room for improvements that’s for sure. I personally wouldn’t come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place as it still looks and feels new. Cleanliness could be improved. There were still a couple of strands of hair on our blanket when we checked in. The room description was for a king bed but it was actually two single beds pushed together. Didn’t manage to try the food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed at the hotel for 1 night. The location of this new hotel was good and easy to find nice quality food nearby. The key highlight of the hotel is direct access to the beach, we even enjoyed sunrise and sunset from our hotel room. The room was spacious, good amenities and the kids love the pool. (It was crowded and not suitable for adults to swim)
To improve on customer service and readiness to serve, cleanliness to be better taken care of as the areas like corrirdor, pool and lobby are dusty. Honestly it does feel like cheap hotel but with good amenities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience here. The hotel is newly renovated so everything is clean and nice. It has a big pool and very easy beach access. The beach is clean and there are beach activities nearby. There is still some work to be done before the hotel is fully functional but definitely worth staying here especially if you come during the weekdays when it's not crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely small hotel. What I really liked about it is its cleanliness and friendly front desk staff. Housekeeping was also efficient in cleaning rooms. Easy access to beach and I was pleasantly surprised how clean the sea water was. There are also pools for adults and children. At the moment the rooms with partial sea view is not worth it as it faces directly to the next properties, one of which is under construction and the other abandoned. Easy access to restaurants and petrol station. Recommended
