Parking available at site. Relatively cheap compared to surrounding hotels. It is located in a very strategic location and well connected to public transportation.

The rooms are cold and comfy, the food is 5-stars hotel, and the location is awesome. You can see many skyscrapers from the window of your rooms.

Quite old, inside the room got smell like genting first world hotel XD, bath room a lot water strain. Front desk staff not well trained. Didn't feel like 5 star hotel at all.

Room seems okay but feeling disgusting especially all the stain in toilet. The edges around the shower area and water tap surrounded by all the stains ???the car park is so dark and dirty and I feel so uncomfortable each time I turned into car park. No more next time.

Check in 1 night here. At 22 floor. Overall the room is big with big bathtub. Have fridge and electric stove. Must standby deposit rm100 and pay for parking rm10. My view is the new hotel under constuction. Overall is nice although the hotel little bit old but well maintanaince. But 1 thing i ask for prayer mat at 4pm the day i checked in, until i checkout i never receive the prayer mat. And the staff don't understand Malay.

Not sure how this is a 5 stars hotel, as it is definitely poorly maintained. Please read this before you make your decide to stay at this hotel. First, entering the car park, it gave us a goosebump. It appears to be dim and dark. Glancing at the building beside from the car park, we thought we’ve entered the wrong building. Then, we saw the signage with the name of the hotel and confirmed that it’s correct. Later we checked from google maps and learned that the building we saw belonged to a 4 star hotel, Oasis. After checkin at the reception, we proceed to the lift which took us to our floor. The moment the lift opens at our floor, the corridor felt so gloomy and stuffy due to poor air conditioning. We just couldn’t care much and proceed to our room. When we enter the room, it smells like mould and we even spotted some on the wall beside the bed. The wardrobe was so dusty and smells. The towels we saw in the bathroom even has stain on it (all of them)! That’s when we snapped and decided that we couldn’t stay here. So, we went back down to the reception to cancel our stay. We expressed our dissatisfaction at this poorly maintained 5 star hotel and wanted to cancel our stay to the receptionist and the manager. The manager shows no hospitality. He doesn’t seemed sorry and yet show us his long face when we tell him the problem (he never apologised at all; even a 2 star would apologised). He then offered to upgrade our room. Even with an upgraded room, we wouldn’t consider taking up the offer after what we had experienced. The manager, without much consideration, he arrogantly told us that it would cost us 100% of our stay if we choose to cancel. Insisting that this is the hotel policy. It is like threatening us and leaving us with no option (5 star hospitality). After having a long argument, only he agreed to refund 50% of the stay. (Hotel policy, my foot!) In short, this is a poorly maintained 5 star hotel posturing a very bad hospitality. It was a horrible birthday staycation experience.

Had the most pleasant stay here in the king suite, cleanliness and the bathtub was top notch. Saw many reviews on Google saying smelly or old hotel building. Didn't feel anything like that. Enjoyed and loved my stay here.

Overall rating: 1/5 Room cleanliness: Saw hair on the table, balloons leftover in the bathroom, showerhead is dirty. The room has a strong smell and stuffy due to it's old building. Luckily the bed setting is good and clean. Front desk service: Problem solving skills and attitude need to be improved. When I checked in one room card malfunctioned, I walked to the counter for 3 times then only exchanged a new card for me. They did not apologize for the inconveniences caused. Request for late check out, after 12pm the room card malfunctioned again, been walked to counter for 5 times still not solving the card issue, ended up myself seeking help from house keeping department only able to enter the room. When I highlight the problem to the front desk staff, again, they don't even bother or apologize. Room service: Good, the breakfast set portion is just nice and acceptable taste. Location: Great, near to KL tower and other tourist attractions. Conclusion: Although the location is ideal, but the hospitality I experienced is bad. They did not maintain their 5 star standard.
