β β β β β Hi , just want to share . we went for buffet lunch on 4th June 2022. To be honest we don't enjoyed the seafood because the seafood not fresh. And the choices of food is very limited. Very sad part is , after our lunch there, we went back.. My both colleague vomits out everything . This is serious matter, hopefully your management improvise on this issue , We pay so much and we expect the food must be fresh, and good for health. Please consider on this to avoid other people face the same problem. Thank you.

β β β β β A little far from the train stations, a lot of turning here and there to get to the buildings but it was a perfect place to stay compared to other kinds of in-the-middle-of-city hotels. A quiet hotel surroundings and beautiful and tip top condition hotel.

The staff is always polite, spacious rooms, everyday's cleaning service. The Arthur's bar restaurant operating within the turned one of my favorites in Kuala Lumpur.

β β β β β Had buffet lunch at Lemon Garden to celebrate a colleague's birthday. The buffet spread is so good. The seafood ans shashimi are all fresh. Highly recommend and will definitely repeat with family next time.

β β β β β I made a reservation as a jade member. The reservation was done via application, and I opted to pay for the room rather than using my points. The reservation was made for my wife, as she was traveling through KL for the night. I received a long winded email on how the rates I booked is not acceptable, only for members. I am the member, and the paying member. I just wonβt physically be there. This went round in circle, I got frustrated and canceled the reservation out right. Obviously itβs easier to be a normal guest than a jade member at the KL location. Weβll make use of my Hilton points. Thanks for the suggestion.

β β β β β I have booked 2 rooms here for CNY,a short getaway. Extremely satisfying with 5 star service. The pool very clean,equipped gym and activities for children was fun. Plethora of choices for breakfast especially for us being vegetarian. Highly recommended ? ?

β β β β β Our new favorite hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The staff is very professional but attentive and friendly. Everything worked very efficiently and effortlessly. The staff is what set this experience apart from the many other hotels in KL we've been at, they're really great!
The rooms do feel a little dated for sure, especially the rather ancient connections for the TV, but everything works well and feels how it should.
The horizon lounge is also a very pleasant place to have the evening drinks at as well as breakfast. Will certainly be returning here in the future.

β β β β β Old but still Gold! The suite was spacious, need a little refurbish tho but, overall had a very pleasant stay. Plenty of space to work in a separate living area, dining area equipped with counter top for basic cooking, heating up food, and kettle. Very comfortable large bed with spacious marble-floor bathroom with bathtub and glass enclosed shower room. I have never came across such extensive menu for in-room dining! Great freshly made and tasty food. The hospitality provided by the hotel and lounge staffs were top quality, so much warmth in every one of them. Excellent. Special thanks to Shaun for your arrangements thank you ! ???
