Iβm bit disappointed with your sale man the attitude out of service for u costumer( so RUDE )/ ( Chinese guy) Which is he ask costumer very loud sound & even he use face mask but I knew his eyes.. pls take action about this!! Iβm working as costumer service so I know the started be nice & talk nicely with costumer! We know everyone is tried working but please be nice with you costumer...

β β β β β Rude promoter/service crew at Fitting room area.
As per informed, the SOP only allowed one person for entering fitting room and accompany also CANNOT waiting within the area.
Questioned the duty promoter why another lady could stand outside the fitting room all times and even go around get clothes (maybe get different size) freely. BUT, why I CANNOT wait my daughter outside fitting room like she was???
Guess what. That promoter was shouted and told me that lady just NO listening to him or did not want obey the SOP!!!
While I was queue, I could see the lady already βviolateβ the so called SOP, moreover I did not spot that duty promoter remind or any further action. But still very friendly service to she.
So what does is means? DOUBLE STANDARD? DIFFERENT customer DIFFERENT SOP given?
This is not my 1st time poor experience with PADINI. Still, even worst customer service now.
