K	Kit Hoong Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nestled in the back lane of Jitra Mall and taking up a small clearing near a parking lot, Pak Lang serves a spicy rice noodle soup called Bihun Sup with beef brisket and intestines topped with a special sambal (chilli paste). The soup is slightly on the sweeter side but it’s not too spicy and has a good savoury flavour — imagine a vietnamese Pho but with more spices. There is an option for chicken as well, but I recommend the beef if you really want the good stuff. Prices are extremely reasonable with the standard size costing RM4.50 while the “special” with more goodies goes for RM6.00.
