You also can get a food and drink at there
At front paka bus station,there have a eco shop but front eco shop have a Milo shop who sell Milo drink and sausage

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barely functional bus stop with below par service.
1. Bus never on time
2. Whichever counter it is, it doesnt open at your convenience
3. Their lunch/breakfast/prayer breaks can be minimum 1 hour
4. All of their service agents (except sani express) are not hospitable and rude. Even though u tried to be polite to them
5. You cant print out tickets sometimes and the bus drivers do not accept online tix sometimes. Better print out on yr own.
6. Printing out tickets can be as tiring as traveling 30km to Dungun ticket counter and redeem yr ticket then take the bus in Paka. They dnt allow you changing departure stops.
7. Public toilet is at questionable standards.
8. Fruit stall here only sell rotten fruits. (Im not exaggerating)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hardly can call this a station. It's really a bus stop with a couple of ticket counters nearby, a public toilet, and a small sundry shop. No buses originate from here so ticket timing is an estimate, needing you to be early and invariably have a bit of a wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No proper parking lot - no box parking, road also not proper - has potholes everywhere. Located near to main road, not only seen by locals but also TOURISTS, thus i suggest Majlis Perbandaran Dungun should do road maintenance and improve the bus station image.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basically a slightly bigger bus stand near the main road. Has a couple of ticket stands, but unsure about the hours especially during afternoon and night-time. There is a moderately clean public bathroom (have to pay 30c) and a small sundry shop nearby for drinks and snacks. Gerai makan is across the road. There is a fruit stall close to the ticket stands. The waiting area could be improved in terms of cleanliness and also to accommodate more people.
