Really good compared to the pathetic bus like Billion Bus. Service is better, they take long breaks yet fine. No problem with counter, driver or collectors.

We booked tickets from Singapore to Mersing. We got into the bus, drove to the Malaysian border where we got out with our belongings. (standard procedure) It was on a weekend and the waiting hall for the counter was packed with people. We had to wait for about one and a half hour to get through. After the border, we found out, that the bus drove on, empty. Every passenger (group of 20+ people, mostly tourists) were just left at the border. We called the agency, they said that they would get back at me, when they found out what happened. I never got a return call. We lost a book, sunglasses and a scarf, had to go to the next bus station and finally took a taxi to Mersing.

Delayed 1 hour. ETA 11 pm but arrived at 12.30 pm. Very old bus. Very small seat, unadjustable seat, the armrest on the seats has broken. The worse part is I booked my seat 3 days earlier (5A) but someone had also booking my seat (5A), so I had to fight for my seat. Will never use transnasional again.

Seriously! If the system can give 0 star, I would definitely give 0 star! Here is my experience, Today, I book a 8.30pm bus ticket online from Easybook and go to this counter exchange the ticket, and I did ask which platform I should go. The staff told me that, there will be an announcement. When 8.30pm, there is still no any announcement. Therefore, I straight away go to the counter and ask the staff where is the bus. The staff tell me that go platform 15 to check and when I was there the bus has gone! And the staff said that there was an announcement! Come on! I really didn’t hear any announcement! And Seriously? I did ask which platform I should go in earlier when I exchange the bus ticket! Why can’t the staff just tell me when I ask? You know that it is very important for me in this trip? I just lost one day time to meet my sister, which she just come back from Singapore! Idiot staff! Not even apologise to me!
