can i give no star? dealer is cunning.. not honest with the car, carlist posting state under warranty but it's already expired. got accident say no accident, car gearbox and other parts problems after owning it for 1 months. stay away from this dealer. if this dealer change their company name make sure trace it and take note.

Cheating company, they sell unreliable cars, only drive 1000km got so many issues with engine and shop refused to cover. All of their staff are rude except for the sales person who sweet talk and excludes himself after selling the car. Worst dealer ever.!!! Regret!!!

Bought a bettle and sold it off after a month. 1. No spare key was given. I spent rm500 to duplicate one 2. The agent fee is so exp! Almost 4k! 3. Warranty too short only 1week 4. After two weeks, all the problems appear : clutch problem, ABS faulty, spark plug and air plug spoiled and theres leaking. Cost almost 12k to repair all.

If you were thinking of buying car here think twice or get ready to be con. The salesmen were really nice and sweet talker, they will promise you anything to get you place deposit for loan when you went to browse the car. Please beware of this company! During December 2017, I went to sungei besi TCT Automative to check out cars and has been dealing with two salesman name Anson and Danny. I chose a Honda Civic there and let them process my documents and submit loan. They told me I need to put RM500 as deposit in order to submit loan and it’s 100% refundable even if I rejected the loan. So on 10 Jan 2018 the salesman name Anson tell me that my loan already approved from CIMB but the payment is a lot higher from what they calculated for me and it’s out of my budget so I rejected the loan and wait for the refund for deposit. But then months after months there were no reply from the salesmans and they only told me to call and settle with their admin. I’ve been calling every weeks to check with them and there’s never an answer. And until today 26 March 2018, the salesman name Danny inform me that their boss will refund for me but only RM250 so I questioned him then he told because I rejected the loan so I only get half but this wasn’t what he promised. He told me that it’s not his problem and ask me to call the admin again to look for the boss to talk. I’m really sick of this kind of business ethic. The whole company is a scammer even in the Google’s review it was stated. I wish I saw it earlier.

Please do not buy a car from this lot. The salesmen and owner are lying weasels who sell defective cars. Please don't believe anything they say. They clocked the kilometers back on the car my girlfriend purchased. The transmission was leaking fluid on the clutch prior to the sale. TCT cleaned the oil off the cluch to make the transmission seem normal. The car lasted about 300km and now needs transmission work. Nick @ TCT auto guaranteed full support but denied responsibility. I would have rathered them be honest then lie and cheat to make the extra money.

Con man! Lies about refundable booking, claims that the booking fee is sent to owner and can't refund back. Worst part I'm told to pay full amount to be able to refund back. Bunch of cheaters.

Please please please!!! Don't ever you guys plan to buy a car from this used car. They claim that if loan rejected, your booking fee RM500 will fully refundable but its not that easy for you to get back your money! My case, No 1 - I submitted doc for car loan on Dec 2021, the salesmen will never update you regarding the process loan either approve or reject. U need to follow up yourself with the salesman then only that you will know the process. No 2 - After a month, still no result for my loan process. I keep follow up and chasing salesman then he told me that loan was not approve (without any banker call me to make a confirmation) so I assume my document still not submit to the bank and the salesman told me that they will refund my booking. So I'm okay with that and give my acc number. No 3 - The hard situation start from here, after a week I still not received my money, I keep chasing and calling the salesman and I got the same answer, kita akan refund, office tengah process, dont worry kita tak lari. then i keep chasing and chasing. same answer i got. kita akan refund, bos belum approve. sudah mau cina raya office busy mau close account, staff sudah cuti. So then I give a chance for a more days because of CNY. After CNY, my husband W/Apps salesman asking about money, He said monday akan dapat. Sekarang office masih cuti. okey kita tunggu monday. Then monday still no payment. Husband call back, salesman cakap petang akan masuk wang, office sudah process. Then I still waiting till 6pm. I call back asking my money, he said, by tomorrow at 12pm if still no refund, u come to office then I pay you. So, esok nya I keep checking my acc banking, still no payment. then my husband go to their office ngam2 12pm sampai. He ask my husband to sit down first while waiting for their office do the refund process (baru nak key in katanya). Tunggu punya tunggu dekat 2 jam.. still no transfer my money. My husband cannot be more patience and ask them angrily why you do this ?? im waiting for 2 hours. then the salesman ask my husband wait for more 1/2 hours. if no payment, he will transfer to my acc using his pocket money. After 1/2 hours their office still not do the transaction to refund my money, then the salesmen terpaksa guna duit dia sendiri untuk refund duit I.. dia cakap nanti dia claim dekat office. SO WHY U KEEP MY HUSBAND WAITING ABOUT 2 1/2 HOURS WHEN U CAN DO ON9 TRANSFER TAK SAMPAI 5MINIT ??? See?? mereka sengaja lengah2 kan masa kita sebab tak mahu bayar balik booking fee you all.. So my advise PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS USED CAR COMPANY. mereka PENIPU !!!! Pay booking fee on Dec 21 Got refund dapat 1001 alasan on Feb 22
