★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visit this place as visitor. Hallway, Lifts, Lobby are clean & well maintain. Guards were on duty the whole time. Facilities were amazing. They have place for BBQ, olympic size swimmimg pool, gym, sauna & many more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice and strategic place to live. Many facilities provided here especially big swimming pool. But as visitors, we need to get the QR code to get in and the securities need our phone to scan the QR code inside the guard house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice location & look pleasant here. The swimming pool is the hero here. Underneath have lot of problems. From the hanky panky cheapskate developer,’ janji tinggal janji’ type one, to its rumah kosong that nothing special inside not even free aircond/simple kitchen cab/chepaskate tiles & toilet anything inside (if you buy now u’ll get school hostel cupboard haha), angry resident that will not tolerate you if any mistake and will curse you as B40 maybe they think they are soo elite one, unfriendly environment that u’ll regret greeting others here coz they’ll not reply, too privacy minded people that easily disturbed (not all but many). If U can tahan all this than please buy and stay here haha very cheap just around RM400k + maintenance fee almost RM300 and its under commercial charge…
