★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been there only a few times, it's part apartments part mall, but don't get your hopes high if you're looking for entertainment there because there isn't a Cinema in there. But there are rumors that one with be built in the near future.

The gym needs maintenance and more equipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the doors are in terrible condition. Some em lock are not function, even the magnetic lock attached to the door frame is hanging with one screw and anytime will drop to somebody head. One of the door enter to block B from mall has no control its just bang the magnetic lock when it return to door close position. Security is loose for all entrance

Its close proximity to International Islamic University, Manipal University, Nilai College University and Inti University is convenient for students to rent. Jaya Grocer below the apartment is a grocery store of convenience. Tight security n CCTV provide a sense of security.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my sister have been stay at this place for four years.facility quite good.all the shop and supermarket under the unit.but after second years stay in mesa.their maintenance is suck.my sister is using time always wifi problem.it is not from the Time but wiring inside building got problem.take too long time to repair even when to call the management try to blame the Time when it is problem wiring inside the building.after 2-3 times complaints then they take actions.but still take a weeks to settle the problem bout the wiring.and still have to pay the wifi as usual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor management, alot facilities are spoilt. Lift always out of service. Dirty, smoking, noisy at public area. People are swim and play at pool especially at late night. Commercial electric rate which 30% expensive than other residency. Rental rate are higher than market.
