★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent after sales service ! Reported a problem with aircon vide e-Job Service, got a quick response the same day and technician called next working day to come to check on the aircon. Friendly and competent service by the two Panasonic technicians Taufik and Zuhaili. The problem was not a product problem but due to non-servicing of the internal filter after many months. The technicians also gave useful advice on use and maintenance of the aircon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One stop center for sending in Panasonic device for repair. Advise to call in to ask for operating hours. No harm to call ask if your device is still can be repair. Overall good experience. Entrance sign for customer sending in device for repair is clearly placed at guard house. Trolley is also provided upon request at counter. All genuine parts provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took an item in to repair in 10-3-22, told me it takes about 2 week. Called them up after two weeks told me not done. Took them almost 2 months to just change an ac cord. Then when I called up told me it was done at 25 march. Nonsense. Did not even update me about it and trying to lie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a warning to everyone , Panaonic is longer the brand your parents have in mind back in the old days Their product quality is one of the worst even worst than China brand. I bought their aircon recently and having issue since day 1. What they did was they said they filed a complaint and order for parts. 2 weeks later still the same no news, I have to follow up again with them. If possible I would rate 0 star for Panasonic.
