โ โ โ โ โ I sent my mother's car for service and they called me saying it's done. However, when I went there, they said there's something wrong with the car hence I can't take it back home yet.
When my mother called the center to complaint, the person in charge of the call center said rude things about my mom and our car. She literally badmouthed my mother and our car saying that it's an old and broken car.
I paid for their service, not for their opinion on my car or for them to make fun of my mother when my mother stated her concern for our safety. I hope Nissan do a better job in recruiting workers that are ethical and professional.

Nontheless, the waiting lounge is open for car owners. Nasi lemak, Mee Goreng, Bihun Goreng, & biscuits are served here together with its coffee dispenser.

โ โ โ โ โ Good experience, the officer (Mr Syahmi) was very kind and polite. Check in was seamless and efficient.
Things to improve- PLEASE create space for Surau and kids playing area.
Provide complimentary car wash even for 1K inspection. Thank you Nissan PJ.

โ โ โ โ โ I owned 2 Nissan cars and both also bought from the same car salesman in PJ branch showroom. So naturally, I come back Nissan PJ to service my cars despite that the nearest Nissan service centre from my house is at Temasya Industrial Park, Shah Alam. My experience had been good at this service centre. The staffs are professional, courteous and knowledgeable (Mr.Tham, Ms.Ong, En.Azlan). I did not faced any problems in terms of customer service in my 7 years of experience at Nissan PJ branch. The staff always explain the necessary procedures to me before I leave my car to them. If they found any kind of problem in my car, they will always call me first to discuss with me and quote me the price before I make the decision - whether to proceed or not. So, so far, I am happy with their services. Only a little small complain due to recent MCO 3.0 is that they provide donโt wash car after service because of SOP. But it is understandable that they donโt want to get summons from PDRM.

โ โ โ โ โ Consider this the start of a series of reviews based on my ownership experience of Nissan Almera N18.
First service 1K mileage.
Pros: the procedure is clear, staff are courteous, everything is clean. Waiting area is spacious and not crowded.
Cons: 3.5 hour waiting time for a simple multi-point inspection due to the queue of vehicles. Isn't the appointment system meant to manage this? Or is there a lot of walk-ins that the management didn't anticipate? Another thing to improve is to give the complimentary car wash la, tak mahal pun.
Advice to customers coming here - bring something to do in case the wait is long.
I will come back again to adjust ratings for my subsequent services.

โ โ โ โ โ Service quality from the service centre is really good, that is 4 stars but can be improved to earn them 5 stars. This is because the service team personnel is really helpful. But just lack of friendliness and soft skill. This is based on my 5 years of experience wngaging their service.
