★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a regular user of Pandamart. I probably spend on average about RM 100+ and I even paid to be a Pandapro membership.
1. I have received wrong items, wrong quantity and even tomatoes which were so badly rotten that the white fungus was very obvious and the tomatoes was leaking a slimy liquid
2. Many delivery riders just messaged me to say they have arrived and I replied saying don't leave because I want to check if all the items are correct. But they just put the items on a bench outside my condo's lobby and left without even labelling my package with name or unit number. I have posted a photo to show you that sometimes there can be 2 or more Pandamart packages and sometimes my neighbours would open the wrong package because as I said the packages could look very similar. Terrible service
