★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi D Swin Academy. Hope that you can help me with one issue. Every week I send my kids for swimming classes at Kompleks Sukan Kampong Pandan, 4032, Jalan Kampung Pandan, Maluri, 55100 Kuala Lumpur via D Swim Academy-Kg. Pandan. Most of the swimming classes organized by the above Academy are organized in evening & night. During the night, the management of Kompleks Sukan Kampong Pandan does not let the parents park their car at complex itself. Recently, we have been experiencing monsoon weather and almost every night we have been experiencing rain in Klang Valley. It is very difficult as the lone parent bringing two kids into swimming complex during the heavy downpour and I don't understand why the management doesn't allow the parents to park inside the complex. During the evenings and nights, there are no official training sessions by our national athletes, so why don't the management let the rakyat use the parking slots. Sorry to bother you on this matter, I have complained to the management multiple times but my complaints were not resolved. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pool is very clean, but a bit noisy during the night since there are few rolls are priority for the students who learn at the centre. The washroom is clean also and it is able for us to shower. Overall this is the best pool I have ever went to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to visit and check out the space only to learn that you can’t park inside the compound. Its a Paralympic swimming centre but doesn’t allow visitors to park inside? I don’t get it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My child was having cough but tested negative for covid. So we skipped 2 classes just to be sure. When we go back to swim class , they wanted to charge us for the classes we missed unless we produce an MC. This is during pandemic and we just wanna be sure we don’t spread virus to others but instead of understanding the situation, they wanna cut our throats. They are very terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please skip this academy if you plan to sent your kid for swimming class..my kid spent nearly 6 months here but very limited progress.
1. 1 hour session for 5 kids
2. Keep on changing instructor/ teacher
3. Pricey
4. Crowded places and the facilities shower and toilet need to upgrade and repair
I sent my kid to one on one session within the same monthly fee at other place. After 2 sessions only my kid now manage to float and swim confidently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good sized pool in kg pandan branch. Max size for our level is 6 pax but we experienced having 7 kids once in such small space which they claimed was for assessment for short period but the extra person was in that class for the whole 50mins which made it not so conducive for learning. There was a Chinese girl at the admin office who was senior in rank since others referred to her for confirmation, who was very off-putting and rude in the way she responded to my query unlike her junior colleagues who were very diplomatic and polite in answering. Poor customer service & inferior communications skills from this one person totally annoyed me and was tempted to tell her off.
