Cleanliness:
+ Room was clean
+ Room service is excellent too
+ Swimming Pool maintenance is good
Location:
+ Located near to the beach.
+ Resorts Sandy Spoon restaurant is clean and offer good food for nominal price.
+ Bike, Car and Motorbike rentals are nearby resort. Motor bike price range from 30 to 45 based on which day it is taken. Car price range from 60 to 80.
+ Water Sports and Island Hopping services are nearby resort.
Food:
+ Morning complimentary breakfast contains Indian, Western and local Malay foods.
+ Indian (Dosai, Poori, Masal Vadai)
+ Western (Toast, Sausage, Flakes)
+ Local (Most common foods)
+ Room was clean
Beach:
+ Nearby beach is huge.
Extras:
They have also arranged a cake and delivered at midnight 12 based on our request to celebrate Birthday.

โ โ โ โ โ Although Pangkor Island is not as nice as Terengganu Beaches it is such a good place to relax and unwind.
Sandy Beach Resort has one of the best seashore and best sunset view. Staff were very accommodating but sad to say that swimming pool closes at 7pm. We spent 3D2N at Sandy Beach Resort with food package from breakfast to dinner. Chef Hadi and his staff were very welcoming and friendly. Chef Hadi always make sure that the food they serves are cooked and prepared well. We are very fortunate that they have a good kitchen teamwork to be able to accommodate us because our reservations ONLY has the complete meal package. So they will have to prepare a table for 3 with fresh and sumptuous food in it. We even request for an earlier lunch and they were very accommodating.
To cut the long story short, we left Pangkor Island with a smile ?

โ โ โ โ โ Good experience... Nice food by chef Encik Hadi.. We book with travel agent with food provided.. No need to queue up at outside because of long holiday .. Overall Good food and nice beach

โ โ โ โ โ I've booked 2 super deluxe rooms for my family gathering after receiving good reviews from my friend. The 1st room was terrible, malfunctioned air-cond despite them trying to fix it for a few times, mosquito nest. The receptionist offered for a room change (which was tedious), but don't you think hotel should ensure that the room is in good condition before assigning it to the customers? Mosquito repellents were only given upon requests, non-initiative at all. 2nd room was fine, but also a mosquito nest.
Breakfast was just a common buffet, don't expect high class hotel food. waiter and waitress were not having sufficient health awareness, as one of them had no mask on, while the other had her mask at her throat (purpose?). Both of them went from table to table to collect dirty dishes, which put all the hotel guests at risk during this pandemic.
According to the person managing reviews, my honest feedback had been filtered and not published in agoda, which I find this unethical and unprofessional. Customer should know the truth before booking their stays with any hotels. If you are afraid for being judged by your guests, then provide them the best.

โ โ โ โ โ Location is very good. Rooms are ok but they have 2 single bed in a deluxe room. So its tough to stay with a baby because 2 beds cannot be joined either. Staffs are less cooperative. They didnโt even carry our luggage to our room. Food was good. View and beach access is mesmerizing.
