Looked like it was recently refurbished. Beach front resort. Smooth check in and check out. Breakfast just ok. Rooms were clean. My comment would be on maintenance. Phone room wasn't working. Some lights were also not working. Plus there was a broken light switch on the wall. Hope the management can look into that. Also grass were uncut at some parts of the resort. Otherwise it was an ok stay for our family.

Best of this Resort is with beach. Walking distance only to beach. Restaurant and shops near to this resort. Hotel room bathroom door broken. Cupboard no door. Air-conditioning too noisy. Fridge not cleaned. From outer look, it's 3 star resort. If upgrade, this resort will get 5 star. Hopefully in future the owner or manager will put effort to upgrade and provide good quality service for customers.

Pathetic experience. as beautiful it was from outside, i had an horrible experience staying there. Rooms were dirty and had foul smell. Walls were dirty and furniture was broken. Drains were clogged in bathroom. We requested to change the first room they gave us as it was not even habitable ? even second was really dirty

The location is strategic, right in front of the beach. Those who stay in a villa facing the sea, you have to walk a bit to access the beach as there is fence in between. Room is clean and spacious. The food however can be improved especially the a la carte menu for dinner. Considering itโ€™s quite difficult to find a proper halal dinner place, the resort should take advantage by selling variety local delicacies. Overall a good stay.

Beautiful, quiet (privacy) & private beach. Stayed at the chalet that look like painted recently. Large swimming pool. Check in and check out a breeze. Friendly, helpful & smiling a lot. Limited breakfast menu (no nasi lemak) the only issue. Recommended.

Stayed 3days 2 nights. Took chalet with family however the chalet was not maintained well. Simply can change the toilet cover and get the pest control. Lots of plaster bagworm (bug) and ants.all over the room. Very uncomfortable as this bugs can cause skin allergy. Toilet very badly maintained, tiles with stains. I not sure how but even after room is cleaned bed cover will be very sandy. If well maintained the hotel is the best place. Another advice is to trained friendly and approachable front desk ppl. Always can see then hiding behind the desk. Add more varieties of food for buffet. All the best to the team.

The Good Part : The only best thing about this Hotel is the location, it's right next to the beach. You have direct access to the beach from the resort. Not so good part : Day 1 : The Room - I was traveling with my wife and a kid. Surprisingly the room given to me had two single beds instead of a king size. I requested the hotel staff for a King bed, but unfortunately my request was not entertained, citing unavailability as a reason. The room on the ground floor( they call it first floor) was very basic. Furniture was worn out. Could not use TV as the remote wasn't working. Bathroom : Again, it needs improvement. The towel provided were felt as if they have been used and washed million times (felt rough). Never seen before in a hotel, bathroom door was a folding type? ( I suppose this was due to space crunch). Day 2 : We extended our stay for one more day here ( as no other hotel rooms were available). This time we got a room on 1st floor ( they call it second) . The room here was lot bigger with a king size bed and a single bed. This was lot better as compared to Day 1. Bathroom and furniture was basic. The Service, Cafeteria and the staff : For the service I would give rating of 2 to 2.5. The hotel staff was polite but service wise were little dull. I requested for a bottle of mineral water at 11 pm, the staff denied stating they cannot provide as the cafeteria is closed. I was surprised by this - as a guest we at least expect water to be served any time of the day. When asked, what if someone is thirsty in the middle of the night, the staff had no answer. But recommended to boil the water from wash basin and use it. This really was disappointing. As mentioned earlier, the hotel cafeteria does not operate 24/7. It closes by 10. Food wise, very limited options. Breakfast at the hotel was okay - includes local and western food; sausages beans, omelette, local tea and coffee few fruits etc. WiFi : The WiFi only works at the concierge. No reception in the rooms. Last words: Go for it if you don't get any other better deal in Pangkor.
