★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice place to stay, cozy envirenment..for those not confortable with Adhan at nearby surau..just accept it coz you're living in a muslim country with multiracial nation you should more tolerate as we are a muslim can accept budhism, hinduism and christianity. Peace no war✌

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been living here for more than 10 years. usually the environment is ok but it's apartment so expect some noisy neighbors if you are unlucky. I hope there's a party who can manage these welfare / complaints from residents and solve their problems. From 2020 onward they upgraded guard post and electrical pole at the entry, renewed street lights with bright LED lights. Cleanliness wise the streets are ok but the stairs for each blocks hugely depends, seems like cleaner don't clean stairs, only outside the blocks.
Overall the only issue I had after living here for more than 10 years are the neighbors, you have people yelling and playing loud music at odd hours ( night time or 2-3am in the morning ).
