★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kawasan persekitaran terjaga , bersih well maintained.. setiap block ada elevator, but jika menghuni di block 2 ia agak overwhelming sometimes kerana keadaan yg bising riuh rendah oleh anak2 neighbor anda yg membiarkan anak2 mereka bermain sesuka hati buat bising di corridor unit.. Ada juga neighbor drilling to the wall, mengetuk dinding, tnpa fikir waktu yg sesuai yg telah ditetapkan oleh JMB.. adakala weekend adakala malam mereka tdk peduli hidup berjiran tetangga.. I really appreciate klu pihak JMB dpt memperkemas tugas pd yg berwajib untk meneliti setiap activity yg boleh mendatangkan tdk keamanan residence di Sri Kejora. Bagi saya pihak security mnjalankan tugas amat baik sekali dgn kekerapan round check kejiranan.
The surrounding area is well maintained, clean and well maintained .. each block has an elevator, but if you live in block 2 it is a bit overwhelming sometimes because of the noisy conditions by your neighbor's children who let their children play at will in the corridor unit .. There are also neighbor drilling to the wall, knocking on the wall, without thinking of the appropriate time that has been set by JMB .. sometimes weekends sometimes at night they do not care about living next door .. I really appreciate the JMB club can streamline the task of those who are obliged to examine every activity that can bring unsettled residence in Sri Kejora. For me, the security is doing a very good job with the frequency of neighborhood check rounds.

Pros
1. JMB Management and security sangat bagus.
2. Dekat dengan bus stop feeder bus mrt kwasa sentral, sekolah, kedai runcit, kedai makan, kedai acheh, dobi, padang awam
3. Apartment size sangat baik utk keluarga kecil. Bilik tidur dan laundry room tidak terlalu kecil.
4. Jarang ada masalah air kerana tangkinya banyak.
Cons
1. Water pressure slow
2. Very bad neighbourhood at block 2. Sejak awal pkp hingga hujung habis pkp Oktober 2021 jiran tingkat 4 blok 2 akan buat bising main pingpong dari waktu pagi seawal 8 pagi hingga selewat2 1 pagi setiap hari tanpa mengenal hari kerja dan hujung minggu. Sudah ditegur secara baik dan aduan ke JMB tapi masih berbuat yang sama. tak dapat berehat setelah letih kerja WFH dan hujung minggu di waktu malam kerana terlalu bising (main pingpong dan bersembang kuat sehingga lewat malam). Cadangan saya tuan puan sila view rumah pada waktu malam utk lihat keadaan sebenar hidup di blok 2 . Sila ambil perhatian pada unit rumah (check syiling unit dan dapur utk lihat sebarang kebocoran). Please view rumah sebaiknya ya kerana property ini sudah agak lama. Banyak kebocoran berlaku sepanjang sewaan.
Sila harap maklum review ini adalah review terkini setakat Oktober 2021. Keadaan rumah dan kejiranan mungkin telah berubah pada saat tuan puan lihat property ini. Saya tidak bertanggungjawab atas sebarang kerugian dialami. Sekian review saya ?
Kejora Series Review
Pros
1. JMB Management and security is very good.
2. Close to bus stop feeder bus mrt kwasa sentral, school, grocery store, eatery, acheh shop, laundry, public field
3. Apartment size is very good for small families. The bedroom and laundry room are not too small.
4. There are rarely water problems because there are many tanks.
Cons
1. Water pressure slow
2. Very bad neighborhood at block 2. From the beginning of pkp to the end of pkp October 2021 neighbors on the 4th floor of block 2 will make noise playing table tennis from morning as early as 8 am to as late as 1 am every day without knowing the working day and weekend. Already reprimanded well and complained to JMB but still doing the same. can't rest after tired WFH work and weekends at night because it's too noisy (playing table tennis and chatting loudly until late at night). My suggestion sir please view the house at night to see the real situation of life in block 2. Please take note of the house unit (check the unit and kitchen coins to see any leaks). Please view the house preferably yes because this property is quite old. Lots of leaks occurred throughout the rental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this neighborhood,sometimes its a bit overwhelming especially during weekend n school holidays.
Parents at block 2,please help to monitor your kids. Been caught kids playing with elevator few times . Please, it is super dangerous with their height,it is impossible for them to press emergency button if anything happen to them inside the elevator.
