★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parents bought a unit here since year 2000, and now 20 years later, sadly the management did not even once bother to give the apartment buildings a fresh coat of paint. And the wonderful cafe which was once the heartbeat of the place is now gone! Management needs to wake up. Where did all the monthly maintenance money paid gone to?!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No extra parking, we already apply but not get feedback, if we need to pay for parking pass, we willing to pay with affordable price. Please consider, if outside the appartment have car park i'm okay with it but now we need to park side of the road and now already get summon from PDRM, i also doesnt want to blocked the traffic but we dont have a choice, Please if we get car park inside the area appartment but little bit far from our unit is okay unless we felt safe.
