★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This development is by CEL and it is the first such resort style condo in JB for the developer. Top quality built comparable to high end Singapore standards. It has underground car parking and two towers with 265 units. The low density wont make any of the three swimming pools feel crowded. Recently, some units have been advertised for rental in tower one and it is expected that supply will further increase in coming months as the development is fully operational. This condo is clearly one of the best im JB and definitely the best in and around Permas Jaya.

3 lift, 2 most of the time in maintenance.
Worst case 3lift, all broken in one time u has to walk the smelly staircase to climb all up
