★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This apartment very good to stay. But if heavy rain, exit will be flooded. Community in this apartment very sceptical and streotype. They hates cat very much. Got one and only surau. Near to factory. So in middle night, if u open the window. U can smell polution smokes comes out from factory. So not recommend to stay or buy this house area. One way in, one way out. Neat to econsave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Isolated area, quite privacy & not located in the main road so no noise issue. Gated and use access card to enter. Near amenities such econsave, within 5 minutes drive, Jaya Grocer, Mydin, KFC, Burger King, Subway at Bukit Jelutong, less than 10 minutes drive, Mc Donald Denai Alam 10+ minutes. Very convenient and easy access. Mixed types of property between low cost apartments, triple & double storey townhouse.
