★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most unreliable shop I had ever experienced with. We had purchased all our furniture for our new apartment and had settled the payment before the delivery. The shop had promised to deliver the goods on certain date at 3pm but only arrived after waiting for more than 2 hours, and at end unloading cannot happen because it had exceed the apartment's maintenance time. Arranged the second delivery date and again promised to delivery by 12 noon, but only arrived one hour after that. Had exchanged many calls and arguments with the sales person and lorry driver. Keep telling us on the way and will arrive in 20 minutes!!! Many hours of waiting time from our end because we are not living at the apartment. After busy for 2 days, finally everything are fixed [with some defects - broken wardrobe door, and unbalance dining chairs), but without 3 free pillows which was promised to us earlier. Just wondering if the defects parts will be replaced or we have to live with it. Please think twice before going to this shop. As a customer we does not need such stress which caused by the seller who does not know how to value their promises. Unreliable Seller !!!!
