★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok. The rent is cheap. Got convenience store n laundry at the centre of the area. Kindergarten inside. Playground. However, sometimes I hear the sound of drum (the same rhythm) from 8pm-10pm, not sure where it comes from. And my block is block 6, beside the main road. Have to bear with the noises. Almost everyday, the sound of loud exhaust around 2, 3, 4 a.m.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a room here. Overall of the house is so nice, well-managed and clean area. However the security guard clamped my car without warning. Registered under visitor but did not explained that i need to park my car outside of the apartment area after midnight. Thankyou.
