Best Chalet in Malaysia

R	Riyaz Huseni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 14-16 June 2019. Overpriced and not well maintained. Very basic facilities. Ok place to crash in if you are out most of the day for diving and snorkelling. The rest serves great food though.
A	Arnaud Titoy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree with previous comments, this place could be better maintained. The deal with the diving is ok anyways. Was not expecting much. I recommend if you’re taking the deal, if not, it’s quite expensive I would say, as I saw the price for the double room.

Jane (I think the manager) bent over backwards to make sure you had everything you needed. We had an instructor called Arto who was the best. If you have him please tell him 'you always go north'. One thing I will say are the toilets could do with a bit of maintenance. Also I don't know who thought putting large stones in the middle of the paving slabs was a good idea but they obviously live on a different planet. Instructors were awesome, really friendly. Great atmosphere. Dorms are aircon so no need to get private room. Highly recommend

We had to pay €20 per night, and got a room that was smelly, full of holes and damages, bad mattress with what looks like bloodstains, even the towels had holes and washed out bloodstains. Eventually the water even stopped working so we couldn't shower or flush the toilet. Lonely Planet recommended this place, but this was a few years ago. Travellers should reconsider from going here.
J	J. Greg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After going around the accommodations without booking in advance I had to book this property for a bed in dormitory (+ 20 beds). Electricity and air conditioning only at certain times, which are not even respected. Rare holds for the number of beds, dark room and not very clean. Showers and toilets outdoors very dirty (I saw rats roam) and flooded (you walk in the dirty water evacuated after taking a shower). Immune! Abominable staff who wakes you up at 8am to do the "cleaning" (1 broom) talking very hard !! When he serves you a dish in the restaurant, neither hello nor thanks, no word, no politeness, he does not even speak to you! The dishes are barely for one person, very small amount ... You are still hungry after. This establishment does not even deserve a visit even for the price, better go elsewhere! To flee !

Becca was beyond patience and everyone else was nice and make sure you get the full experience. Would definitely come back for more dives! Perhentian food was great too, delicious and not so pricey
C	Carmen Wan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in a four-shared room. My whole body got bitten by bed bugs. The sink tap inside the toilet is not working. We encountered a big rat too in the toilet. My pillow is deep brown in color, time to change. The roof is leaking (two spots). The receptionist is always unattended. In a nut shell, the quality of the facilities shall be improved and make it up to par to the quality of diving experience Panorama diving center provides. Safety shall not be compromised with affordability.
T	Tan Kean Wei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No electricity after 8am, with reason maintenance? Air con room is only with air ventilator, not cold at all. Water heater with no hot water, keep cool because room is hot. Price is high but you deserve better with what you paid. No next time.
