★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let’s start with what is good - great staff and fresh seafood. I am very disappointed that a restaurant in Langkawi is doing grilled seafood without any option for Malaysian or SE Asian spice rubs for the grill. All the accompaniments were European / Continental.
It seems like the American Hotels are clueless about their locale. I saw the same situation on this trip at the Ritz in Bali and the Four Seasons in Istanbul.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The view is great as having cocktails and your meal on the beach is always fun. The veggie taco was delicious and the staff were very accomadating and friendly. The only issue we had was the pineapple juice tasted stale and they apologies replaced it immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic seafood restaurant on the private beach of the St. Regis hotel. Prices are on the high side, but that is expected of a hotel of this calibre. The head waiter was friendly and attentive without being obtrusive. I recommend allowing him to suggest a variety of dishes - oh and make sure to ask for their Chimichuri sauce. It is unbelievably good. Go for the locally sourced fresh seafood - the Red Snapper and White Prawns are great. Do take note that the tables are on the sand so wear some sandals!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to chill and hang out with friends, partner and also family. The environments and vibes was really good and soothing though. Loved it.
Foods and libations were pretty good. Service kinda slow but friendly. Price's affordable. Lots of foreigners here recently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right against the beach from within st. Regis langkawi is Pantai Grill. Came here from drinks and shisha only, did not try the food. In terms of the drinks, staff, and atmosphere were all excellent. Was there during bonfire night so it was especially nice to sit around a bonfire while enjoying drinks and shisha. The staff even roasted marshmallows and there was a live band too. Price wise it is slightly on the high side for what you get, but everything else more than makes up for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to chill by the beach. They have handmade pizza, burgers, steaks, etc. If you're interested for some seafood, make sure you ask the waiter for the catch of the day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loooveee it!! So peaceful n chill. Shoutout to Manager bang Jard for taking care of us. He walked us through the menu every step of the way and even chatted with us - such a pleasant person, no wonder his staff r all very friendly n nice. The food was goood worth the price - seabass fillet ~RM130ish but good to share for 2pax. Burger was about ~RM80 i think. U could customize the grill to however way u like n ask them for the recommended sauce. The earl gray panna cotta was alright i think it’d taste so much better if they took the orange taste out but it was still refreshing regardless. Would revisit just to hang out, eat good food n celebrate the amazing view!
