β β β β β Super poor service, food delivery is like import from others country. Date 20th July 2019, 3:05pm to 4pm. Check your CCTV. Delivery time can give award for slower in country. LoL. Don't ever go back.

β β β β β When you order Foodpanda, it was written 25mins to deliver. But it took like an hour to deliver. Never ordering again from here. If you cannot handle the speed don't put your restaurant up in Foodpanda...

β β β β β I went there once with my mother and never seemed to return there, I forgot why and decided to go there to try again. From then, I remembered exactly why we didn't return there as often as any other restaurants in Aeon. The customer service is so bad.. We were seated for so long and no one bothered to come wait us, after couple mins only a waitress came and tell us that the seat is reserved and that actually the whole restaurant Has been fully reserved. The least you can do is tell us when we first walk in and not let us wait to tell us you can't serve us just because it's full and there were no reserved sign on the table. The staff acts busy, don't bother making eye contact and just drove the business away :) Customer service is really bad.

β β β β β The service was so so bad. Food was awful too and we are really upset with the taste even for the chicken rice. The roasted chicken seems like was cooked yesterday and re-fried. Papparich was always my preferred place but ipoh kinta city is a mess. Sorry.
And we also waited for 1 hour long for justtttttt chicken rice.

β β β β β Worst service, especially the malay girl. Other guy employee was kind and good service. Food taste was bad, fried rice very mushy. Food standard was bad for the price paid. Please to other restaurants to eat unless you are a cincai person and don't mind the high price paid. Food waiting time was 20min, even longer if you ordered chicken chop or something require frying or grilling.

β β β β β We sat down at a table for 2, only to realise that the table was not clean. Our drinks took more than 15 minutes to arrive. And true enough, our food arrived in another 15 minutes. Food quality is far cry from other outlets. Something is not right with the kitchen and service crew.

β β β β β disappointed with this food. nasi ayam hainan? chicken breast is too hard to chew. poor my mom. wntan mee, so so, oldtown white coffee or hollywood canning garden was better. no wonder lah takde orang dlm tu. hm

β β β β β Used to be good choice of food selection (4 star), but only left with 1 star now.
Poor food service, slow food&drinks serving and poor attitude from the waitress.
Please stop choosing this food outlet (especially this Kinta City outlet), definitely will spoil your whole day
Great roti bakar - nice combination of kaya and butter and the bread quality is good.
Nasi lemak sotong - curry paste was great, not too spicy and comes with some spices taste. Sotong was chewy, goood.
Coffee is not my style of taste, and may be some will find it great.
Free meal once you download their apps, some sort of loyalty content using stamp (after payment more than rm30 in single bill).
Will defintely come back to try out other food.
Good experience.
Staff was friendly and attentive too. :))
