β β β β β Cake is delicious but the way of they putting cake make me very angry. How can they put it roughly and the cake after I take home is in weird shape and the decorate is become worse. The cream of the cake is stick to the box. We use for celebrating Valentine's day but after seeing that we really don't have mood to celebrate it.

β β β β β Very bad experience, they didnβt inform us about the availability of food. We get the menu and decided on what we want to eat and then when we want to make the order, we been told that most of the food unavailable. (Only pasta and chicken chop rice are available)
Please inform your customer earlier before they make any order okay, at least we, customer are well informed and can decided on what to eat.
Iβm not unhappy because most of the food are unavailable, but because of they didnβt inform us before we make an order.

β β β β β my family and i went to secret recipe yesterday to dine in. we went there on 16/2/2022 - Wednesday. when i start ordering there are many menus that aren't available. i was ok at first and then after a long time, one of the waiter came to us and told that one of the menu ordered are unavailable, ok fine we accept it.
another mistake forgot to gave us the cups for the jasmine tea we ordered ( the hot tea in the pot) first of all, how can you forget to give us the cup when u are serve us drink? I cant tell that they are busy at the time because they are only few customers at that moment.
At the end, when im going to pay at the cashier i saw with my own eyes that the one of the staff asking another to go after my family that already went out from the restaurant. She came up to my husband and ask him to go pay. im standing right at the cashier counter PAYING the bills and the audacity of her to go after my husband just to ask him to pay. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I EVER SEEN BEFORE!!!!

β β β β β I would like to give 0 stars if I could. They charged service charge but then I had to walk to the cashier to order and walk to the counter to pay. The part timers were also not efficient,we have 4 ppl sitting but then gave 3 spoons. The spoons were OILY! I donβt know whatβs the meaning of paying them extra. The service SUCKS. Customers waited at the counter for a long time , everyone was impatient.
