★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually, it doesn't even worth one star But no choice. I was having meal with my bf and waiting for almost 30 minutes. What we got were the wrong meal and blames from the cashier guy. We ordered CHICKEN shawarma LARGE. And finally end up with LAMB shawarma and he still insisted us ordered LAMB . Hello? My bf knew that I am allergy to LAMB, and i was sitting and listening when he was ordered the menu. And that time, the guy said : OK. You said okay, meaning what? You understand our words, right?How could you say this???!!! Please practice your English properly. Somehow you can't even differentiate LAMB and CHICKEN.
How bad manners??! Basic law of business is respect customer. You did wrong and listening bad, i have no problem.but you didn't respect us as customer. You even charge service tax which you not deserve, will not come again in my life even though I am starving
