★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel at very convenient place, closed to shop and beaches, abundant of parking spot, friendly staffs and helpful. Room also very comfortable.Only food not within the expectation (taste). Breakfast not much choices also. The swimming pool at rooftop is very nice but the children pool is too small. Need to take care about cleanliness. Got stain at windows. If you are not a demanding person then, you will like this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was clean. Shower head for my room was not functioning properly. Kids swimming pool was 75% clean and cold. Adult swimming pool was clean. Simple swimming pool. Not Olympics size. Breakfast was served to room. Ate paratha and English breakfast. Not great. Overall a OK hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean n comfortable room only prblm tv don't have usb support n don't have HDMI port if got childrens more enjoy.. Swimming pool is small n crowded.. But u can beach it's near frm here.. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon opening of interstate travels, decided an impromptu beach vacay on Friday. Booked on Paradise Spa Hotel while on the way to PD. Receptionist did checked upon our vaccination status.
Checking in were smooth, room were decent and clean. Minus 1 star because of the AC isn't working well, but not so bad after all. Ordered in-service food which were not too bad and cheap around RM11.90 for the typical "goreng²" dishes.
Rooftop swimming pool were the best ! Adult and Kids pool. We had almost 2 hrs of the swimming pool to ourselves.
Its only 2 minutes car drive to the nearest beach at Tanjung Gemok. 5-10 minutes walking distance.
Overall, we loved this place and would plan another stay here in the future.
