The manager of this branch, Randy Ang is not only courteous and professional, but also willing to go extra miles to help customers to wrap their parcels. He also responds to queries promptly and Its little details like these make me feel safe to engage their service in delivering my expensive products locally and overseas.

โ โ โ โ โ If you need to make sure your documents or parcels arrive in time - do not rely on them. And definitely do not use CityLink. I dropped my stuff on Saturday, and on Tuesday, my item is still in Butterworth.
When I asked the staff if itโs possible to arrive on Monday, they said maybe Tuesday is more likely. As of Tuesday, it is still not moving.
