โ โ โ โ โ Today 04/04/2022 (Monday), my father goes to collect parcel here but the staff asked my father to pay RM1. For what? Please explain.
I updated this review on 06/04/2022 (Wednesday) after received ur feedback below. Just fyi, the parcel is the reshipment one because the seller used ShopeeXpress before missed out this item. And the seller used the same address for the reshipment one without know there is RM1 charged to the customer for the reshipment parcel using parcelhub address. So, lesson learned to use own address for the reshipment parcel. Tq.
