★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time using Best Express - from Ipoh 7pm and reached my house next day 12pm noon when I was away. Despatch guy came again near 2pm for 2nd attempts. Unbelievable service and wish your business to grow more. Good job Best Express ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally the worst courier service experience I've ever had. Parcel reached branch for four days but did not dispatch. Had to call only for them to tell that they have returned the parcel to the Klang branch because our area (which is literally five minutes away) is "not under coverage". Could've just called me and I'd be more than willing to go pick up the parcel myself. No, they had to return it without my consent. Drove all the way to Bandar Botanik to pick it up. Luckily I called them in time, else I'd have not receive the parcel forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Counter service memang out. Susah nak communicate. Brg 13/12 dah sampai outlet then proceed delivery tapi tak sampai² and no update. Keesokan hari pun sama proceed delivery and then nothing. Last proceed delivery 17/12 and then i don't know what happen to my parcel
