★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are planning on purchasing, keep a close eye on the current management running the residence with double standards. First encounter with a residential management victimizing residents and tenants based on their characteristics. A major clean up is needed within the management before further upgrades or profitable ideas are taken into consideration. Also remember to check on your strata title while inquiring about your purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Others than the newly open Heromarket, others is really quite a waste that most shoplot are not utilise, maintainment are start running down example dangerous shaking escalator. There is plently of parking floor, once u turn in make to make round and round to come out haha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for investment and own stay. Property price is reasonable. Great amenities surround. Nearby MRT, Commuter, Petrol Stations, PLUS/NKVE Exit and Hero Market just downstairs.
Most importantly only local guards hired. And the management have strict requirement on who can rent the properties to provide comfort and better safety to the residents.
Only con is the gym facility is quite old but theres one private gym above Hero Market (RM7 per entry).
