★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To comment mainly on walkable to upcoming DD MRT.It's considered quite far to get to MRT station,around 700meters,roughly 15mnts walking.
Distance wise, One Damansara is the nearest,followed by The Zizz.To me personally, I wouldn't consider Suasana Damai as walkable to MRT station.
If driving, good luck during peak hours.
Overall building design and painting, looks more like a kindergarten building but some might like it , everyone got different taste.
