I was served by Nicholas who was very professional and in perfect English.
I visited the pharmacy and I could see that it offers a wide range of pharmaceutical products, care products and beauty.
The address is easy to find and access is easy for people with reduced mobility.
It is a good address that deserves 5 ?

โ โ โ โ โ Neighborhood pharmacy with friendly pharmacists standby to help with over the counter medications/ prescriptions. Pharmacist today also recommended me substitute medication. Reasonably priced in overall. Will definitely come again.

โ โ โ โ โ I was lucky to able to bought 2 box of RM35 each for normal (no color) 3 ply surgical face mask on CNY3. Saw the owner reply to a review said this control should be sell only RM30. from shoppe only selling RM8.88 not sure over price or not ?

โ โ โ โ โ The cashier staff who name AMY has bad attitude. No smile and it seem like I kill her whole family. OK,this nvm. Ask for receipt then she ask me take myself. She said " neh, at there lo." Hello? now u is staff or me? U ask customer take receipt themselves? U ask customer to pay and change themselves better. Self service so that u no need to do. I hope that the company will take response and train your staff teach them how to smile and have good attitude.

And she was very patient too... She has even recommended that she will arrange for grab to deliver the items... Last but not least, she follows up with me if I have received them... โ โ โ โ โ I WhatsApp to Parkcity Pharmacy to repair my parent wheelchair brake faulty. Shirley is the one who handle my case.
Although initial service by the technician is not up to my satisfaction.
Shirley took extra mile and effort to get my parent wheelchair done perfectly in second round.
