β β β β β Desa Park Watsons, Worst branch ever, purchased smtg from online and pick up... Found out that the item purchase is short expiration date... Ask for exchange... But the manager keep saying canot due to problem from their warehouse, not their branch
Waited for more than 30 minutes and finally they are fine with exchanging....
Please, if you can't manage your warehouse or ONLINE ... DON'T DO IT... β οΈβ οΈβ οΈβ οΈβ οΈβ οΈβ οΈβ οΈβ οΈβββββββββ

β β β β β Malay lady staff with glasses is super rude. Very bad customer service. Just because I dont have small change, she went out of cashier without saying anything. I looked behind and she was talking with other staff and giving faces to me. Are you serious? you want to talk bad about customer go hide somewhere and do it. U can ask for other payment method instead and not leave the customer and talk bad about them right infront!
