★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudden closure is a major inconvenience and nuisance! Plus one of the lift is always broken/ pending repair. Place is empty and not many cars but they closed one of the entry and make it hard to go to fifth floor. Seriously need improvement in managing the place. What a shame that spent millions to build yet due to incompetent management the utilisation is less than 5%. Waste of money!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient parking place connecting to MRT station at all weather condition, but may no secure at all time due to no security guard/s patrolling, motorists are advise to be vigilant at all time in this building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the toilet one day to wash my hands but there are no soaps at all which i am fine, i will just go to another place to wash my hand. Just as i count my lucky stars i saw some liquid in one of the soap dispensers to my horror it is dirty mop water, i hope the management take appropriate action on their uncivilised cleaners besides the cleanliness of the toilet there being another issue.
The place is also barred and sealed in a lot of floors making a lot of one way street for both cars going up and down which is dangerous especially knowing malaysian drivers, hope the management will see that it is necessary to just open up all available floors to avoid any accidents in the future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ample parking space. TnG reader breaks down around once a month. Only 1 out of 3 elevators is operating. Go to 5th floor for connecting bridge to MRT station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ample parking space is given to MRT users such as those who work daily with MRT and a spacious building is seen outside. An electronic parking system is implemented so those who want to use the parking space can find their parking space easier and saves their time.
Touch N' Go system is also used so that users don't have to prepare cash, which is useful and convenient because we sometimes run out of small change for the parking fees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at the underutilised fifth floor carpark complex and going on a link bridge to MRT station...felt eerie because there were no souls (humans) when I was there, especially when taking the elevator. Just be alert when you are alone.
