★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many shops down the building. There is a swimming pool for each of the blocks. My friend who stays here said that he never went for one and the few times I been there, the swimming pool looks abandoned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and cozy place with affordable price, surrounded by mini market such as I.Market, 7E and another, local foods such as Kandar, Briyani, Chinese food even Vietnamese food as well and the last we can find Pizza Hut also - laundry, salon even internet cafe ...
If we want go to another place just book Grab or public transportation walking to bus stop 1st

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have shoplots below which is convinient. Parking won't have to go through these shoplots, so no hassle. Very good location if you work in central KL and of course its a package with the traffic jam too. Not much space for visitor parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ View is pretty good from up here. From one side, one can see most of Sunway and Subang Jaya area. From the other, central PJ.
There aren't many eateries within the block other than the two Bak Kut Teh and a Chinese kopitiam. The management is pretty okay.
