★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a big market. The people are nice, very friendly, and always put up a smile.
I can't put this to compare to our local market where there is better drainage system. This market probably need a better drainage system so that it's not as slippery.
There are a few Indian food vendors outside this market offering nice Thosai and Apom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very old wet market and in poor condition. I reckon the local council do not pay much attention to a small town Gopeng probably not much tourist attraction in the town area but more on the outskirt area.
Most of the market operators are will probably close their business due to old age.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old style hawker centre. A bit old but a good place to taste local food and experience life in an old tin mining town. The delicious food on offer are home made lai fun noodle, chee cheong fun, nyonya kuih, pan mee etc. The portion is big but the price is cheap.Free seating but you can only order the drinks from the nearest drink stalls depending on where you sit. Ample parking (remember to pay parking first)
