★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Pasar Nelayan Sg. Yu, Kuala Selangor, looking for alternative market that selling fresh fishes, squid and prawns. Nearby to Pasar Penambang.
The place is easy to locate, it's about 5km from Kuala Selangor Town,
This place were allocated for local fisherman to sell their catch, indeed the fish are very freshly caught. Since this is only for coastal fisherman, I couldn't get deep water fish which I'm looking for.
Smaller catch are here ie, red snapper, parang, squid, prawns, wahoo, stingray etc, the price is reasonable. Also available here is kampong vegetables.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This time around lots of shops open was hoping to see hustle and bustle of fish monger , seafood traders, tinker and customers ever haggling with prices of sea produce.
It didn’t happen.only one shop was open, half heartedly.
